It has 5 categories of control measures that include site control (access points, visitor restrictions, visitor hygiene, dispensers, etc), cleaning provision (specification frequency, schedule definitions, service provider contingency, chemical use, etc), signage and education (hand washing, update alerts, etc), building user behaviours (home working, dress code, travel reduction, handshaking, workspace hygiene, etc) and contingency plans (building closure, contract clarification, deep clean methodology, sick pay policy, etc).
